I know a composer by the name of Eric Whitacre. He makes fantastic choral and classical music and has a special place in my heart for being an inspiration for my own musical experiences. The link below is a band version of one of his most popular songs, if not his most popular song. It speaks out to me in so many ways. I propose that we can make this our anthem of sorts (Or just something that we can hear in our heads when we think of one another). At the time that I'm writing this, our highlord is feeling down, so this especially goes out to you, sir. I hope this lifts your spirits, Emisio. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bnuX-2SZmP4 The link below is the original, choral version of the song and a version that his Virtual Choir did, if you'd like to hear it. With closing eyes and resting head, I know that sleep is coming soon. Upon my pillow, safe in bed, a thousand pictures fill my head. I cannot sleep. My mind's aflight, and yet my limbs seem made of lead. If there are noises in the night, a frightening shadow, flickering light. Then I surrender unto sleep, Where clouds of dream give second sight. What dreams may come, both dark and deep, of flying wings and soaring leap. As I surrender unto sleep, As I surrender unto sleep..."
